The there in the title is the web site No One Belongs Here More Than You. It does indeed make me want to read the book of that title by Miranda July.
The site is notable in several ways. For example, “it breaks pretty much every rule that contemporary web designers have for effective site design.” Those are the words of Jason Kottke.
This late in the linking and lauding of MJ’s site, my best chance of contributing something new is to remark that it gives new meaning to the term internet appliance.
