A first grade teacher collected well-known proverbs. She gave each child in her class the first half of a proverb, and had them come up with the rest. Their insight may surprise you… This via reddit, where there is some doubt that it really was first-graders (5/6 year olds) who came up with these flawed gems.
Related to the post title, the days seem to make more sense now that the clocks have done their “spring forward” thing.
