taught Strategic Management and International Management to undergraduates and to MBAs;

led cross-functional product team; represented products to customers, pre- and post-sales.

Senior Software Support Engineer, based in Sophia Antipolis, France, at DEC’s European Technical Support Center:
supported database and related products, by taking up issues escalated from 1st and 2nd line support;
taught and maintained database internals course for European software specialists.

Software Instructor, based in Reading, England:
taught courses in database and related products, mainly to customers, but also to DEC employees.
